Service Description

Designed for couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and build a deeper emotional connection. - Price is listed per session. - Four 50-minute therapy sessions, held either weekly or fortnightly. - Session 1: Individual session with Partner A. - Session 2: Individual session with Partner B. - Sessions 3 & 4: Joint couples therapy sessions. This structure allows each partner the opportunity to share their individual experiences before coming together to work on relationship patterns, communication, and connection as a couple using an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach.
