What is Wellbeing Trail?
Kia ora. My name is Carly, founder of Wellbeing Trail. My purpose is to empower women of all ages to find strength and balance in their lives. In the modern world we live in many women are juggling a number of different roles, often putting their own health and wellbeing needs last. Many also put pressure on themselves to carry out these roles perfectly and compare themselves to those around them. It makes sense that more and more people are experiencing challenges such as low mood, anxiety and body image concerns.
Wellbeing Trail will help you create a unique toolbox of what you need to feel your best self. Being proactive in looking after you will not only help you feel healthy, strong and confident, but create a ripple effect of influence to your friends, family and beyond.
